Thai Cochrane Network

Thailand

The Thai Cochrane Network (TCN) was established in 2002, initially as a branch of the UK Cochrane Centre. In early 2006 the TCN became a branch of the Australasian Cochrane Centre, reflecting the increasing links between the ACC and Thailand resulting from the Wellcome Trust/NHMRC funded SEA-ORCHID Project.

The TCN supports a large number of Cochrane review authors spread across many institutions around Thailand, and has its co-ordinating base at the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University. The Thai Cochrane Network also acts as the reference centre for Laos.
